Nose

Fine and clean and slightly oily. Intense. Bitter orange peel,rose, cranberry. Exotic spices and fragrant pepper. Black fruits and raisin.

Palate

Good grip with great acidity allowing the oils to flow naturally. Becomes increasingly spicy as it moves More austere than you imagine from the nose. Good bite with a rumble of peat.

Finish

Mix of dried fruit and citrus zest.
