Nose

Light at start then getting more intense. Butterscotch, vanilla syrup. And some wood notes. Fresh oak, sawdust. A touch of dark fruit. Blackcurrant wine gums.

Palate

Sweet, surprisingly sweet for the strength. Same toffee like profile followed by a sherbety feel. Drying out on spices.

Finish

Dry, spicy with a nutty aftertaste.

A well structured dram. It only needs a small dash of water to cut the edges.
