Malty. Digestive biscuits. An earthy note too. Humus, wet leaves. In time dried fruit (apricot). Old leather.

Palate

Crisp and fizzy. Even prickly. The alcohol bites at first then a toffee sweetness calms the game.

Finish

Dry, leaving a dusty feel.

Interesting aromatic profile but the alcohol strength makes it too harsh. Water does not soothe it, and that makes it difficult to really appreciate for me.
