Palate

Strange but enjoyable journey, starts full of vanilla and pear compote before sharper fruits including physallis and star fruit hone in on the sides of your tongue. Water mutes the experience.

Finish

A calming influence over a rippled pond, the vanilla settles over the top and smooths the peaks of the palate.
