Nose

Rye sits alongside some cherryade, a light vanilla note and a waft \rof menthol.

Palate

Rich and mouth coating, there is a bold raisin/dried fruit sweetness, with a lovey rich soft brown sugar note. With water, a dried ginger note battles with some sponge cake. Now there's a sight to behold.

Finish

Vanilla fudge meets light cigar smoke, with a touch of more robust dried fruit.

Hard to pin this one down. One moment, it's all Kentucky's finest. Next it wants to head to Jerez. I'm intrigued...
