Sultana, fig jam, hay and some earthiness and a little (appealing)\rburnt edge. With water there's meat stock, firm oak. Powerful.
Palate
Sweet and well rounded with a lightly brassy edge to it. Firm, sherried\rand ripe.
Finish
Just a little edgy.
Comment
Young and still coming together but there's enough richness of character\rto make it more than just an interesting pit stop on the road to full maturity.
