Nose

Very, very pale with plenty smoke, rapeseed oil. Hot sand. Delicate\rand sweet.

Palate

Lemon grass and smoke with a nodule of dessert apple like sweetness then begins to dry. Has decent impact in the centre. Balanced and restrained.

Finish

Hot and peppery, then flour.
