Grassy. Drying hay with a musty hint. Running honey. Distant smoke. In\rtime, creosote aromas fill the glass. The kiln the day after.

Palate

Sweet and silky. A caressing feel. The same grassy profile. Cereal, vanilla and can be a bit fizzy.

Finish

Grassy with a smoky aftertaste.

Comment

A young Ileach, close to the new make. The cask has not imparted much. But a clean dram. Refreshing and tonic.
