Nose

Silky, smooth and gently flowing on the tongue. Sweet and refreshing. Juicy grapes, pears and white peaches. A whispering spiciness like a light pinch of ginger. Water tends to take the delicacy out.

Drying on the skin of fruit rather than the pulp.
