Malty and quite light with lemon, apple skin,cut grass.In time a soft vanilla ice cream note emerges while\rwith water there's freshly baked wholemeal bread.Cheese rind

Palate

Tongue-coating with light grip. Cooked fruits but everything is slightly flat.Best neat.

Finish

Clean with light drinking chocolate powder.
