Nose

Crumbs in a biscuit tin. Straw. In time becomes more substantial:poached pears and cream quality. Peach stone. Flattened by water which also introduces a light linseed oil note. A little lacking in vibrancy.

Palate

Disappoints on the nose but makes up for it on the palate with a slow,juicy centre showing honey,cling peaches and pecan nuts.

Finish

Bread crust.
