Nose

Malty and sweet. Light coconut, Jaffa cake, banana chips, pine, musk. Layered flavours, balanced oak. Shows substance.

Palate

Sweet (especially in the centre) and peachy. Tongue coating. Lush and ripe with lightly gripping oak. Good length and depth.

Finish

Bung cloth moving to nuttiness.
