Sweet pizza dough with a light yeastiness and sparkly Limoncello citrus.

Palate

Lemon toffee and high quality lemon biscuits. Along with all this citrus (there's lime too) it is mouth-coating with an intense sweetness that is very seductive.

Finish

Lemon balm.

Not overly-complex, and I had thought this one was a bit younger. Packed with enthusiastic personality and delicious.
