Nose

Freshly-turned earth, apple blossom, a little smoke. Fragrant, medium-bodied. Water brings out apple wood, cream and a citric lift. Smoke remains.

Palate

Light start, good mid-palate weight but not very broad or overly complex. Smoke and soft attractive fruits.

Finish

Short.

All the qualities of this distillery: fragrance, good feel, little smoke but not one of the best.
