Nose

Hazelnut, red apple, light cake/patisserie with a hint of peach, apple blossom whittled stick and fiddlehead fern.

Palate

Lightly bready, then soft fruits. Lifted and sweet with a decent spread of\rflavours. But it can't quite hide a rawness in its heart.

Finish

Gentle and sweet.
