Big farmyard notes, hay barns, saddle leather, tack rooms, melting butter,\rroasted apples and gathering spiced notes.

Palate

Big with sweet creamy oak, mint fudge. Cola and bitter laced sugar cubes, fizzy strawberry sweets. A herbal, green leaf edge.

Finish

Warm and spicy.
