Nose

Initial copper notes, briefly sweetening with spun sugar. Then intensifying to\rdark chocolate.

Palate

Substantial in the mouth, with caramel and dry sherry.

Finish

Shorter than expected. Fruitier with water though.

Comment

A decent addition to the Famous Grouse flight.
