Nose

Seems to occupy a mid-point between the previous pair. Suet pudding, proving bread, opening into porridge with (gasp!) sugar and dried fruit. Butterscotch and honey again.

Palate

Slightly yeasty with intense citrus that's shifting into wax. Demerara\rsugar and lightly minty.

Finish

Gently smoky with light spice.
