Nose

Corn Pops, toffee, a freshness like Seven-Up, a nice creaminess but quite young and spirited.

Palate

A fairly punchy palate of wood lacquer, menthol, cloves, vanilla, and cereal. Very fresh and spicy.

Finish

Quite short, with a sugary sweetness that lingers before wood staves.

Comment

An interesting release from Mexico, where we see little from. Fresh, young, and bright, but lacking complexity.
