Nose
Restrained. A sweet vanilla syrup note. Summer fruit. A grassy touch. Lemon balm. But all in halftones. With water, green apples.
Palate
Sweet at first. A fizzy feel on the tongue. Citrussy. Grapefruit. Blancmange. For me, the alcohol is not well mastered. It needs water.
Finish
In the same shy tone. Almondy.
Comment
A delicate whisky but the alcohol bite makes it difficult to fully appreciate.
