Nose

Grapefruit cream pie with shortcrust pastry, peach-flavoured gummy rings, foam banana sweets and white chocolate. A little brown sugar, custard and lime cordial.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Flying Saucer sweets: orange and lime sherbet, with accompanying fizz, and rice paper. Fondant cables, yuzu and green notes reminiscent of shallot and cucumber.

Finish

Medium length. The yuzu and green notes dominate.

Comment

Clean and showing promise, but has some growing up still to do.
