Tasting Notes

Nose

Takes a little while to open up but when it does it’s got a bounty of aromas: sugar-coated apple pie, raspberries in cream, then caramel sauce on vanilla ice cream.

Palate

Great texture with lots of big fruit-forward notes. Raspberries, joined by warm mango, tinned pineapple, and caramel-dipped bananas.

Finish

A pleasant amount of heat — it’s well integrated so the spice feels quite balanced.

Comment

Really luscious this one — lovely texture, very full of flavour. Really enjoyable all around.
