Nose

Caramelised pineapple, milk chocolate, and a hint of rose. Orange peel, crystallised ginger, and macadamia nut. A touch of eraser. Red apple peel, brown sugar latte, and wholewheat bread.

Palate

Medium. Lime cordial, dried apple pieces, malted milk ice-cream, and rich vanilla. Savoury wholewheat toast. Bitter espresso, sponge fingers, and creamy dark chocolate – tiramisu-like.

Finish

Medium, on strawberry and minty dark chocolate.

The pale hue belied its richness of flavour.
