Nose

Very pale. Floral with some apple blossom, pear, lemon butter icing.

Palate

Needs water. When added there's an immediate puff of peat, then a tingling exciting explosion of freesia, apples, orange blossom.

Finish

Dry.

Comment

Only nine? A child prodigy of Mozartian standards.
