Nose

Fresh and clean with a sweet hay note. There's also oak, light peach and coconut. In time a smokiness emerges. Citric and zesty with water.

Palate

Good intensity with fine grip showing good balance between the char and a mouthcoating, sweet, sensual mid-palate of nougat, cream, tinned fruit and orange blossom honey.

Finish

Light smoke. The sweet citrus notes return.

Comment

This delivers on palate rather than nose. Oak is just a little hard though.
