Nose

Lifted and very sweet. Lemon. Light waxiness,some custardy oak. Very buttery and soft. Gentle rye behind giving a light citric twinge.

Palate

More rye in the palate where its discreet spiciness lies above very sweet vanilla corn and oak. This is that unusual beast,a polite rye.

Finish

The acidic rye slowly rises to the surface. Very good balance.
