Nose

A soft smokiness rolls out of the glass, with notes of iodine, icing sugar, and tinned pineapple to edge it along. There’s a slight hint of Shreddies and coconut, too.

Palate

A good dose of barbecued pineapple and wet peat, plus some milk chocolate and toasted coconut. There’s a fair whack of heat without water which makes for a bold sip. With a drop of water, it becomes fresher and sweeter.

Finish

Lengthy. Lingering sooty smoke.
