Nose
Delicately fruited and floral, with some jasmine and lemon posset alongside salty pebbles and the dying sooty embers of a bonfire as well.
Palate
Creamy and almost fatty, it really coats the mouth. Lemon rind and vanilla crème play with delicate peat smoke and there’s a subtle salinity to it.
Finish
Crisp peat smoke and citrus oils. Lovely and long.
Comment
This would be excellent paired with fish or a lemon meringue pie.
