Nose

A bit closed off at first, needs time to open. Some caramel, baked apples, raisins cooked in butter and brown sugar come through after.

Palate

Fairly classic Scottish malt notes here: vanilla, toffee, orchard fruits.

Finish

Medium-length finish with a fairly woody note later down the line.

Comment

A pleasant enough blended malt but lacking some depth of character and length.
