Nose

Olive brine, swimming pool, celery, pear drop and subtle rubber band and pencil shavings. The inside of the first-aid cupboard and pencil case all at once. Faint coal smoke.

Palate

Anise, iodine, gentle smoke, and cinnamon — a fair bit of it. Candied ginger and a slightly rubbery note.

Finish

Medium length and gently drying, with that medicinal note lingering with some clove spice.
