Nose

A soft start — the whisky needs time in the glass. There are ripe pears, vanilla ice cream, strawberries, and hay.

Palate

More robust on the palate, with lots of white sugar, raspberries, a bit of meringue. There’s a good hint of vanilla and some crunchy melon later on, too.

Finish

A nice warmth radiates as the sip progresses, finishing with a very pleasant fruitiness.

Comment

This one takes a little while to open up but is more verbose on the tongue. Really quite tasty.
