Nose

A tad sulphury but rescued by raisiny sweetness. Slightly doughy but the sherry does tend to strangle all else.

Palate

Thin and spineless. Beyond the sherry there is not much else for the tastebuds to work on.

Finish

A hint of spice tries to rescue the act.

The spice is too little too late.
