Nose

There’s a bitterness with torched orange peel, grated nutmeg and stewed peppermint tea leaves. Mangos in syrup, lemon curd, icing sugar, fruit pastilles and some toasted rosemary.

Palate

Charred rosemary, pork crackling and bursts of fruit juice, quickly followed by the bitter texture of roasted coffee.

Finish

A bitterness with coffee and chalky textures yet lightened with crisp floral notes.
