Nose

Green apple laces, hot lemon water and raspberry yoghurt. A spice develops with toasted chilli flakes, star anise and apple crumble followed by a rich leathery note.

Palate

A major whack of spice, that eventually allows cereal notes to come through. Neapolitan ice cream and roasted apples.

Finish

Hot and spicy, lengthened with a creamy texture.
