Bold and sweet, with big chocolate-coated caramel notes, treacle, dried fruits, toasted oak and nutty, peppery rye bread.

Palate

Oily and mouth-coating, that indulgent sweetness continues, becoming more like caramel sauce soaking into a thick slice of warm rye bread, alongside chocolate-covered hazelnuts.

Finish

Peppery and warm, that rye character continues here.

Comment

It has more in common with a low-rye whiskey, but delicious nonetheless.
