Nose

Warm sauna wood and strawberries in balsamic vinegar. Chocolate orange and star anise. With water it reminds me of brown sauce on chip paper –but pleasantly so!

Palate

Grippy tannins, like polished mahogany wardrobes. Prunes, raisins and cherry cola. With water Camp coffee, bitter chocolate and dried cigar leaf.

Finish

A ball breaker of a dram with chunky wood and a dry finish.
