Nose

Forget sherry bombs, this is a butter and caramel explosion. Huge and encompassing spices, hints of gentle smoke, like warming cedar wood. Cinnamon and chocolate.

Palate

Huge, huge sweetness then all those spices come through. Shades of banana bread and butter. Honey and buttered fresh cornbread straight out of the oven.

Finish

Long and sweet, despite its ABV very soft and just keeps going.

Some whiskey this, ticks all the boxes. Just a riot of sweetness that doesn’t seem to want to end.
