Nose

Syrupy peach compote and Refresher sweets. Green apple core and fresh almond croissant. Candied lemon and orange peel. A hint of crème anglaise. Raw pâte sablée pastry. Fresh raspberry.

Palate

Medium-full. Raisins and dried figs. More almond and pastry notes. Strong mocha coffee, raspberry, and strawberry jam. A little ground cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and Madeleines.

Finish

Medium-long. Hints of baked apple and pear with vanilla custard.

Comment

Lovely flavours, and not too overpowered by the ABV.
