Nose

Caramelised banana and milk chocolate chips. Grassy rye spice and a hint of fresh green apple skin. A little vanilla and white pepper, with raisin and Maraschino cherry.

Palate

Light-medium bodied. Maraschino cherry notes come forward with hints of coffee sponge cake, ground ginger, and cocoa powder, underlaid by that subtle spicy rye note. Malted milkshake with banana and a hint of hazelnut butter.

Finish

Medium, on cherry and apple cordial with a hint of flaked almond.
