Nose

A mix of sweet cereal,grass,polished floor. There's struck match then honey and blossom.

Palate

Sweet to start. Almond,deck oil and a sweet spiciness running the whole length.Good feel.

Finish

Surprisingly long

Very sulphury nose which knocks the scoreback. For me this needs more time in cask just to lose that element.
