Nose
Intense with a sour note. Cider cellar. Damp wood, stale cider. Almost vinegary. A touch of butterscotch.
Palate
Palate Crisp. Quite harsh with the same woody and sour note. Burnt caramel. Burning. Water brings out sweet notes.
Finish
Dry, tangy.
Comment
On the sour and dour side. Better with water. Cask problem? Disappointing.
