Nose

Freshly crushed vanilla pods, strawberry ice cream and pistachios at the forefront with a touch of ice cream chewits, dehydrated clementine.

Palate

A mixed bag of stewed plums, fresh clementine, pink grapefruit segments and a hint of candied beetroot. A robust herbal note dominates with pine, bog myrtle and orris root followed by big waves of chargrilled peppers.

Finish

An interesting chalky consistency with a herbal finish.
