Nose

Intense tinned pineapple and cloudy apple juice. Rum-soaked sultanas and poached pear. A whack of estery funk. This really is rum territory. Sweet caramel biscuit and candied ginger. Custard on mixed fruit strudel.

Palate

Medium bodied and intense. It’s all pineapple and mango, with juniper, star anise and fresh green pepper. Peach candy. A retronasal potpourri element. Sweet cereal notes lurk in the back.

Finish

Medium length. Fades on florals, then jumps to cookie dough.
