Nose

Floral to start (freesia, stock) with light vanilla notes and a hint of pine. In time a drift of peat smoke, cashew, gingerbread and clover honey.

Palate

Soft to start then butterscotch, spices. Excellent breadth. Oak in balance. Silky.

Finish

Light oak, orange peel.
