Nose

Honeyed at first, but descends quickly into hay barns, cut grass and toffee. More mineraly, like a Riesling. Fresh green apples. Gooseberries and kiwi fruits. Lemonade.

Palate

Overwhelming notes of citrus and grass. Grapefruit juice with apples, perhaps a touch of pineapple to boot. Green tea and light honey.

Finish

Short, grassy and astringent with cloves and ginger. Over quickly.

The most boring fellow at the party.
