Nose

Citrus forward initially, with lemon sorbet, mango ice cream, and hints of lime. Vanilla sweetness also appears. Water opens up a little oil.

Palate

Lemon cheesecake, strong lime, and olive oil. Then it gets much spicier, with ginger and nutmeg alongside hints of sweet chilli sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

Finish

Long, with a real warming kick to it. The lime note lingers.

Water helps make this more palatable. Ferocious and spicy.
