Nose
Light juicy fruits (apricot jam, lemon barley water, orange pith, mango). Like a Trinidadian rum. Light tropical fruit and coconut. Attractive and subtle.
Palate
Very light with this juiciness slowly seeping out. Oak grips very lightly . Lightly oily in texture.
Finish
Fruity with some white pepper.
Comment
A delicious session dram but could do with more oomph.
