Fruit cake mix with cherries, ginger, prune syrup, tangerine and treacle toffee. Coffee and demerara sugar.

Gingerbread, smoked venison, prunes in Armagnac. Nice, broad mouth-coating texture on the tongue.

Finish

Traces of burnt, pork crackling.

Cracking whisky led by an intense relationship with its sherry cask.
