Tasting Notes

Nose

Rounded and ripe, but with underlying intensity. Old paper and stewing citrus fruits. Like a late summer’s day.

Palate

Soft, honeyed and gentle. Good flavour, white chocolate, peach, chestnut and marmalade. Touch of vanilla. Complex and layered.

Finish

Fresh ripe cherries.

Comment

Great balance between distillery character and oak. Unsung hero No3.
