Tasting Notes

Nose

Intense, deep. Rich toffee, polished furniture. An earthy touch. Damp cellar. Paint varnish. In time, dried fruit. Dates and raisins. Fragrant. Orange blossom.

Palate

Crisp, dry. Oak is more present than on the nose. But it is well integrated with fruit and spices. Vanilla toffee. Rhubarb crumble. Candied ginger.

Finish

Rich, lingering. Toffee and coffee.

Comment

A rich and complex Speysider, having made the best of a well mastered maturation in refill sherry casks.
